These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cosy Cloud Co. website and your purchase and use of products and services offered through it.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies referred to on the website.

1. Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You agree that information you provide when placing an order or creating an account will be accurate, complete and current.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials where an account is used.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to compromise its security, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use automated systems to access the website in an unauthorised manner.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device used to view the website.
Measurements may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product descriptions, availability, colours, designs and specifications may be updated from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, unsatisfactory or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@cosycloudco.com as soon as possible. Once fulfilment has started, we may not be able to make changes.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed to UK consumers are intended to show the total product price including applicable VAT where required.
Any separately applicable delivery charge will be shown before the customer completes the order.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, estimated times and charges will be shown on the website or during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will fulfil our legal obligations regarding delivery times.
Goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you, or another person you have identified to receive them, except in limited circumstances where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

Returns, cancellation rights and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under UK consumer legislation.

Unless otherwise stated, website content owned by or licensed to Cosy Cloud Co., including branding, text, graphics, design elements and original imagery, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
Third-party trademarks, content and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Customer reviews and content
If you voluntarily provide a review, image, comment or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Where you provide content specifically for publication or promotional use, you grant us permission to use that content for those purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services and social media platforms.
Third-party websites and services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
10. Shopify
Cosy Cloud Co.'s online store is powered by Shopify.
Purchases made through our store are transactions with the retailer operating Cosy Cloud Co., not with Shopify.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology and may process information in connection with providing those services.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the store.

We may correct errors and update information where appropriate.
Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and deal with the order fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
